soooooooo...Lauren had to drink some orange GOO this a.m. before our appointment. Gestational diabetes
test apparently. I was having visions of Wilford Brimley as we walked into the clinic.
But that's just me...
Overall the heartbeat is good, Lauren weight gain is right on, (you are welcome hun) and Dr. Lo gave us a nice detailed explanation of the cardiovascular system. I about fell asleep and out of my chair. All is going great and Lauren does not have the beetis. Even thought the orange GOO was delish, she will not have to take anymore tests which is a good deal.
After that we met with Dr. Evan's, our pediatrician. He's a good dude, and pretty funny. He has 5 boys! yea, apparently
they wanted a girl and couldn't figure out that it wasn't gonna happen. All went well and we were both pretty happy about
how comfortable we felt. AND he gave Lauren another baby book...so that puts the tally at 7. If we don't know what we are doing, or can't find out what to do in any books then there is no hope for baby Carlos. And he will have to rely on his ninja skills, or nunchuck skills.
