3 months!!

3 months old already! Wow! Kane is growing up too fast! The first part of the video is of him on his changing table jabbering away. He "talks" the most there so I had to get a video of it (he was mid diaper change but we both stayed dry!) He has definitely found his voice and we even get a few giggles here and there. So cute! The second part of the video is of him sitting in his Bumbo watching the globe on his play mat and then eventually finding the TV.

The last 4 weeks of my maternity leave went way too fast and then all of a sudden it was my first day of work! Kane had about a one month chunk of sleeping through the night in then this last week (my first week of work) he started waking up once in the night again to eat. I am guessing it could have been due to a growth spurt and probably due to the routine change. We get up pretty early to get ourselves and him ready to go to work/daycare. He goes to Auntie Steph's during the day which is nice because he is only about 5 minutes away from my work and I can go see him during my lunchtime. He is doing great there and taking really good naps for her. Yay!

It's amazing how much Kane changes in such a short period of time. He's getting so strong and will be all over the place in no time! He's always trying to sit up (working on his abs!) and he's discovered his feet and hands. He still likes his paci and if he doesn't have that he puts whatever he can grab into his mouth (usually his hands or a blanket). He hasn't rolled over yet but I think he's getting close.

After a busy summer it will be nice to have a few relaxing weekends at home to watch some football as a family and just hang out with our little man! I think that's it for now! Until next time....
