Our little baby is 9 months now and keeping us on the go. Kane is ever curious and always exploring everywhere he can get to by crawling, pulling himself up, and or falling and rolling. He has a good volleyball roll going these days. Sitting still is a concept that has left him, and we now enjoy the few moments we get with him on our laps, usually right after he wakes up. Kane likes to play with his little basketball hoop, his toy scooter, and any kind of ball he can find. Active little man is also experimenting with sounds and words. He ranges from single syllable screaming, to full words and can copy what we say. He says, "Da Da", "Ma Ma", "Ni Ni", like time to go night night, "No No", "Hi", "ball", "ba ba", and random sounds that surprise us.
Kane is going to be a techy like his daddy since he likes remotes, cell phones, computers, and anything like that...he will also be a little dancer too. We frequently put it on our music stations and he dances like crazy. Kane stands on his tippy toes and is getting brave by letting go and standing on his own periodically. Before we know it we will be chasing after him or buying a baby leash.
He's still a happy little guy, now, with two teeth on the bottom. His last doctor visit he was 27.5" and weighed 20lbs 1oz. He is close to as long as his dad was at 12 months already so hopefully he gets my height.
He loves his walker and chases the dog all over the kitchen.
